StoneyField Yoga Contest!

As an avid yogi, I was excited to hear about the StoneyField Greek yogurt-eating, yoga-doing inspired contest. I had big plans for a photoshoot in a toga and even managed to purchase a vanilla flavored yogurt as a prop, but the weekend got away from me, so instead I will leave you with some words on why I need to add a few "ohms" to my life!:

As a college sophomore, studying, taking tests, running to and from classes, and trying to fit in a social life are part of my daily routine. I love yoga, and all of it's benefits and try to retain a practice of about four or five times a week. I am currently seeking a training course, as I want to spread the healing and meditative powers of yoga to others. I deserve a yoga retreat because I need a break! I would love the opportunity to practice in such a beautiful location, among other yoga-inspired friends! ;)

StoneyField is a great company, which strives to minimize their carbon footprint and offers a wide variety of organic, sustainable Greek flavored and origional yogurts. They are an organic, socially and environmentally friendly company. You can learn more about them and become a fan!

  1. Hi there!
I just found your blog and totally have a question for you! I am doing P90X, and one of the workouts is yoga. It is a 90 minute session..but as a new comer to yoga, my wrists KILL me by the end. I literally can barely do anything after 30 minutes, which makes my form suffer. Sometimes I even have to come out of a pose.
Do you have any suggestions or do I jusst need to keep working? Thanks so much!!
